White Dessert Wine
This dessert wine is an “ice wine” and is made from grapes harvested in November and then frozen prior to fermentation to concentrate sugars and intensify flavor. The resulting wine has an exceptional balance of sweet and tart flavors due to apricot and citrus overtones.
The Cardinal is a common winter bird in southwest Wisconsin. It thrives in the cold, the same climate necessary to produce this scintillating wine.
